HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?

You should order one invitation per household, plus any extra you’d like to have for additional guests and keepsakes. Most couples tend to order a 10% overage. Once you have the correct number of households, we recommend ordering an additional 10-15% to ensure plenty of extras for last minute guests, keepsakes and photos.

WHEN SHOULD I SEND OUT MY SAVE THE DATES & INVITATIONS?

Save the Dates should be sent about no later than 6 months before your big day. Your invitations should be sent 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date. 

CAN I SEE PAPER SAMPLES BEFORE ORDERING?

Yes! We offer a sample pack containing paper and color swatches as well as some of our most popular embellishments. Please send an email for more info!

HOW MUCH AM I ABLE TO CHANGE THE WORDING ON THE DESIGNS?

As much as you’d like! Each and every design in our wedding collection is meant to be customizable to you and your wedding. If there’s something special you would like to add/change about a design, please send us an email or add a comment anywhere in the notes when you place your order! We will make every accommodation possible.

AM I ABLE TO MIX AND MATCH ELEMENTS FROM DIFFERENT DESIGNS INTO ONE?

CAN MY ORDER BE PRINTED ON A CUSTOM COLORED PAPER?

DO YOU OFFER RUSH DESIGN SERVICES?

HOW LONG DOES THE SEMI-CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?

Once all details corresponding with your order are received, initial proofs are sent within 5 business days for your review! Revision proofs are sent within 2 business days.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

From the following business day from which final approval for ALL print materials has been given, please allow: 10 to 15 business days for digital printing / 25 business days for letterpress, foil or acrylic printing / add 5 to 10 business days for orders with custom embellishments.

CAN I ORDER A QUANTITY LESS THAN 25?

25 suites is the lowest quantity we can offer for our Semi-Custom Collection designs.

WILL MY INVITATIONS ARRIVE FULLY-ASSEMBLED?

Assembly services for semi-custom collection are available for an additional fee. Without this add-on, your suite will arrive unassembled.

Our custom invitation suites come fully assembled, meaning any and all embellishments come assembled - there is no DIYing involved or required! We can even digitally print your guests' addresses for you, so all you’d have to do is apply your beautiful postage, and drop these beauties in the mail!

For any orders that include envelope liners, these will come pre-assembled.

HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED IN THE DESIGN PROCESS?

Two proofs are included with each piece in your order. Additional revisions are offered at $25 per round.

WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PROOF?

No. Digital proofs of each piece in your suite are sent via email in a PDF format. If you're unsure and would like to see and feel our work in person (which we highly recommend), samples can be purchased, just reach out and send us an email!

WILL YOUR LOGO BE PRINTED ON OUR WEDDING INVITATIONS?

Our logo is not printed on any piece of wedding invitation stationery, with the exception of any thank you cards you may order.

HOW DO YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN PAYMENT PLANS WORK?

We typically break these into two payments, but can be flexible. We do, however, require a 50% payment to start the custom design process, and the final payment to be made prior to production of your fully-assembled suites.

DO YOU OFFER MAILING SERVICES?

Yes! Mailing services include purchasing and affixing your gorgeous postage on each of your mailing envelopes and RSVP envelopes, as well as taking them to the post office to be mailed out. This does require you to purchase digital guest addressing for your mailing envelopes, and comes with a small fee + the price of postage (we do not up-charge the cost of your postage!). If you are interested in our mailing services, send us an email or put a request anywhere in your order notes!

HOW DO YOU SHIP ORDERS? WHAT IF I AM LOCAL?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Once shipped, you will receive your pretty package within 3-7 business days. If you are local, you may arrange to pick up your invitations or delivery is available for a flat charge.
