and even take up an entire room of our house! It was completely unexpected, and I think those are the best surprises life can give you. That's how you know it's truly meant to be!l
From a very young age, my mom always told me that if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. I didn’t understand exactly what that meant until hello invite went from a dream to a reality.
I feel very blessed to be an invitation designer. I am able to make one of the most important days in people's lives just as memorable and special for their guests through a unique and custom design.
My most favorite part of the design process is producing each invitation meticulously by hand. I always tell my clients that I won't do any less for them on their wedding day than I would do for my own.
I never could have imagined how this dream would take over my life, make me look at the world differently,
The truth is, this business found me. When my husband and I got married, I did all of our wedding paper goodies. I loved every minute of it, thinking this would be so much fun to do for a living! I was so shocked at how many compliments we received from the invites to the programs and reception mementos. On our wedding day, I was talking with one of our guests and that's actually where my first real "job" came from; rehearsal dinner invitations! I was so excited. I agreed to do them on the spot – on my wedding day! What started through that one set of 30 rehearsal dinner invites, quickly grew through word of mouth and now here we are almost 7 years later and each year gets busier than the last.
